A long-term leader in the business intelligence (BI) market, and one of the UK’s fastest growing tech companies, Panintelligence has recently pivoted to provide market leading analytics and business modelling specifically for software-as-a-service (SaaS), a market which has grown exponentially since the start of the Covid pandemic in 2020.

The business specialises in a three-in-one solution, combining BI with quick and easy reporting, and powerful predictive analytics in self-service dashboards. The software enables the developer’s SaaS clients to embed the software into their own products to deliver easy to use analytics.

Panintelligence launched its first overseas office in Boston, US, in 2019 after winning a series of transatlantic contracts, and, in the same year, the firm secured £4.5m in Series A funding.

CEO and co-founder, Zandra Moore, is passionate about inspiring more women to work in tech and is also part of the Government Taskforce on Women-Led High-Growth Enterprises, supporting female entrepreneurs.

“I’m Leeds born-and-bred, but this has without a doubt been the best city in which to grow a business, and I wouldn’t want to do that anywhere else. “Leeds has a really strong track record of both attracting large digital sector employees and supporting home-grown companies like Panintelligence.”

“There’s a wealth of digital tech talent here and that’s another reason why the city region is such a digital powerhouse. The 39,000 students who come to study at Leeds University alone mean there is a diverse and multi-skilled talent pool, and because of the great quality of life on offer in Leeds, a large proportion of graduates want to stay to build their careers here if they can.”

“We’re also located right in the heart of the UK with easy access to any part of the England, Scotland and Wales in just a few hours, with a choice of international airports close by, and to any national and international businesses, that’s key.”

“Panintelligence is very much a global business - 35% of our business is for overseas clients and we have our base in Boston, US – but we are fuelled by local UK talent and as well as expanding our Leeds office, we are looking to seed further offices in the US with home-grown talent from Yorkshire. Given the strength of the skillsets and services here, as well as current exchange rates making it more attractive than ever to outsource to the UK, we’re committed to Leeds remaining the heart of our business.”
